the textbook access office seeks to support low-income and first-generation students by bridging the educational gap created by textbook costs.

REQUEST A TEXTBOOK

The Textbook Access Office is currently accepting requests for textbook rentals. To rent a textbook, click on “Current Inventory” to see if the book(s) you are requesting are in our collection, so we know whether or not we need to order a new book for you. After that, click on “Request a Book/Inclusive Access Reimbursement,” fill out the form, and we’ll reach out to you when your request has been processed!

The Textbook Access Office also accepts requests for reimbursements on purchases made through UVA’s Inclusive Access Program. Please fill out the form above, and we’ll reach out to you when we’ve processed your request!

Other Reimbursements

If you need financial assistance with another academic service (e.g. a textbook with its own website, an online math service required by a class) that is not covered under our Textbook Library or Inclusive Access programs, please reach out to us directly at studco-textbook-access@virginia.edu. We will work with you to the best of our ability to obtain reimbursements for these services.
