The Textbook Access is accepting requests for the 2026-27 school year! We are able to provide students with free rentals of textbooks for the semester. Please check our current inventory to see if the book(s) you're looking for are in our library. If not, no worries—we'll order the book(s) for you! After that, fill out the form above so we can process your request.
Request Inclusive access reimbursements
The Textbook Access Office also accepts requests for reimbursements on purchases made through UVA’s Inclusive Access Program. Please fill out the form above, and we’ll reach out to you when we’ve processed your request!
Other Reimbursements
If you need financial assistance with another academic service (e.g. a textbook with its own website, an online math service required by a class) that is not covered under our Textbook Library or Inclusive Access programs, please reach out to us directly at studco-textbook-access@virginia.edu. We will work with you to the best of our ability to obtain reimbursements for these services.
