REQUEST A TEXTBOOK
The Assistance Request Form for the 2025-26 school year is now closed, and the TAO is no longer able to accept any new requests for new textbooks or Inclusive Access Reimbursements. If you would like to rent a book that is already in our inventory, or have any other questions, please reach out to us at studco-textbook-access@virginia.edu. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Request Inclusive access reimbursements
The Textbook Access Office also accepts requests for reimbursements on purchases made through UVA’s Inclusive Access Program. Please fill out the form above, and we’ll reach out to you when we’ve processed your request!
Other Reimbursements
If you need financial assistance with another academic service (e.g. a textbook with its own website, an online math service required by a class) that is not covered under our Textbook Library or Inclusive Access programs, please reach out to us directly at studco-textbook-access@virginia.edu. We will work with you to the best of our ability to obtain reimbursements for these services.
