Office Hours
Executive Board members hold walk-in office hours every week in the Student Council Office (Student Activities Center) on the first floor of Newcomb Hall. Before attending an office hour, you MUST email 12 hours in advance to let the Exec member know you will be attending (click on their name to email). Office hours will begin on Monday, January 29. See below for the appropriate office hour to visit based on your inquiry.

Who should i Contact?
Executive Board
For Student Council leadership and for issues broadly pertinent to Student Council. You may also attend Tichara Robertson’s office hours.
Administration
For internal Student Council operations, including alumni relations, budgeting and finance, history, and marketing. You may also attend Holly Sims’ office hours.
Media inquiries
For any student or professional media outlets and publications seeking interviews, statements, or further information on the organization. You may also attend Adriana Gao’s office hours.
Representative Body
For legislation, including bills and resolutions, and for issues affecting the University and/or Charlottesville community. You may also attend Andreas Masiakos’ office hours.
Cabinet
For the majority of Student Council initiatives, projects, and programming. You may also attend Brookelyn Mitchell’s office hours.
Organizations
For student organizations and anything concerning CIO status, funding appropriations, resource development, audits, and more. You may also attend Violette Cadet’s office hours.
Event co-sponsorships
For any student organization, University unit, or community group wishing to include Student Council as a co-sponsor on their event.

General Body Meetings
Student Council General Body meets every Tuesday evening during the academic year - exempting only election days and final exam periods.
Meetings are held at 6:30pm in the Newcomb South Meeting Room. Changes to the schedule or location will be available on social media.
