For the Fall 2026 application cycle, the application will be rolling!
To be considered for funding, you must complete the application on Microsoft Forms. Instructions for submitting a successful application can be found here.

Decisions will be released on a rolling basis
After applying for the Arts Fund, you may receive questions via email seeking further clarification regarding your application. Please stay close to your inbox and answer these as soon as you are able to so that we may send decisions ASAP.
You will receive notice of complete, partial, or no funding to your email from a member of the Arts Agency.

If accepted but want to deny after starting the process, complete the withdrawal form.

Direct Purchase:
Complete/approve shopping carts
Confirm address
Receive order confirmation
Email once you receive items
Reimbursement:
Complete StudCo reimbursement form
Funds hit account from “Rector and Visitors at the University of Virginia”
