Fall 2019 Activities Fair Registration Information
WHAT: Student Council’s 2019 Fall Activities Fair
Join us in showcasing your organizations to all fellow Hoos this Fall at the largest activities fair of the year!
WHEN: Monday August 26th, 2019 11:00am-3:00pm. (Rain Date: Saturday August 31st, 2019 11:00am-3:00pm.)
WHERE: South Lawn and Amphitheater.
WHO: Organizations and departments affiliated with the University are eligible to participate. This includes active CIOs, Special Status and Agency organizations, and groups, student organizations, or departments affiliated with UVA. Please check the note at the bottom of the page. If you have a question about your organization’s eligibility, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before registering.
HOW: Eligible organizations may purchase one or two half-table spot at the Fair for $25. Tables are 8′ long and shared equally between two organizations. Space to participate in the Fair is limited, and all spots will be given on a first come, first served basis.
As the registration period is over, please fill out this WAIT-LIST FORM to be added to the wait-list.

The date it was last updated is listed on the sheet at the top. The person completing this form should also receive a receipt of purchase. Please check your inbox and spam folders for this receipt before emailing to check the status of your order.
NOTE: Eligible CIOs have both been renewed for the 2019-2020 year and have completed the 2019-2020 CIO Census by July 19th 11:59pm. If you pay for a table at the Activities Fair and your CIO’s renewal application has NOT been approved, your table will not be reserved and you will NOT receive a refund for the amount paid. The Census may be completed after registration.
We will only be accepting e-checks and credit cards as payments this year.
